What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return all or part for an Exchange or Store Credit, less shipping and handling charges.

Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Returns must be in unused, unopened and original condition. Tags must not be removed. Due to the nature of our products, items that have been used or worn CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Items that are returned opened, without tags and in poor condition will not be accepted.
Requests for store credit or exchanges must be submitted via e-mail to customerservice@fungaggifts.com

An RMA#(return authorization number) will be assigned. Any returns received without an RMA# will not be honored.
